For regular customers we work with, production quantities can be as low as around 100 pieces, depending on the style, fabric and production requirements. Smaller quantities may require different production arrangements and price.
A Small Order Still Needs Full Development
A small order still needs an approved sample, suitable fabric, correct patterns, production planning and quality control.
The quantity may be smaller, but the garment still needs to meet the agreed requirements. This is particularly important for new styles.
Production Planning
Production needs to be arranged according to the quantity, construction and delivery requirements of the order. The goal is to make the production practical and efficient without treating a small order as an afterthought.
Materials Matter
Fabric and trims can sometimes be more challenging for smaller quantities.
The required quantity needs to be available, while the material still needs to be suitable for the garment.
Being based in Guangzhou gives us access to one of China’s major fabric and accessories markets, which can be helpful during both development and production.
The Approved Sample Matters
Regardless of order quantity, the approved sample remains the production reference.
Measurements, construction, fabric, trims and finishing need to be followed during bulk production.

The quantity changes, but the basic requirements for developing and producing the garment do not. We keep the production flexible while maintaining the same attention to the garment itself.
